What's For Dinner: Greek Marinated Chicken Kabobs

Earlier this week, hubby and I made the most delicious dinner to celebrate the amazing weather we've been having.  It is always so much fun cooking together, and I love seeing the glow on his face after he plays a part in dinner preparation.

Greek Marinated Chicken Kabobs
1 (8 ounce) container Greek yogurt

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 large green bell pepper, cut into wedges
10 wooden skewers

Combine the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic salt, black pepper and rosemary in a medium bowl.  Add chicken and marinade for 2-3 hours.

Build skewers by adding a pattern of chicken, green pepper and onion.  Grill on high heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
